Out-of-State Examination Application

All Nail Technicians and individuals that have not passed the national written and national practical established by NIC and verified by their state board or NIC are required to take the full examination as an Out-of-State Applicant.  This includes individuals that are currently licensed in another state for cosmetology, barbering, or aesthetics.
